Irvu: a contemporary of Rivaik, she sits on the Vaakan High Council as the Councilor of the Treasury.
Javalak: sits on the Vaakan High Council as the Councilor of Foreign Affairs. He's one of the younger councilors present.

Virkani: sits on the Vaakan High Council as the Councilor of Religious Affairs. The youngest member of the council, the ascended to his position on the High Council after his predecessor's untimely passing. He is the High Priest of the Temple of Nok'k, the Vaakan god of war.
Kiavak: sits on the Vaakan High Council as the Councilor of Warfare.
Liratani: sits on the Vaakan High Council as the Councilor of Science and Medicine. He was a former researcher.
